Meeting Room & Boardroom LED Displays

XL AV designs meeting room displays for readable presentations, shared content, and hybrid meetings, integrated with the room audio and controls.

Design around the table, viewing positions, and content

Boardroom display selection starts with the nearest and farthest viewers, seating layout, ambient light, and the content staff must read. Spreadsheets, drawings, and presentation text require sufficient resolution at the chosen physical screen size. We review examples of your content before specifying pixel pitch and dimensions.

The room design includes source connections, presentation switching, conferencing views, camera placement, audio, and control. We plan power, mounting, processor location, and service access with the site. The display must fit the required workflow as well as the available wall space.

LUXVISION ECOLUX HD X for detailed presentations

ECOLUX HD X uses chip-on-board LED technology and offers published pixel pitches of 0.93 mm, 1.25 mm, and 1.56 mm. Fine-pitch options can support detailed content at closer viewing distances when the display dimensions provide the required resolution. XL AV selects the pitch against the actual content and audience layout.

We configure the processor canvas, input scaling, image framing, brightness, and source routing. Meeting presets can coordinate the display with conferencing and audio using supported interfaces. Content legibility and ordinary meeting tasks are checked during commissioning.

Lighting

Display brightness is adjusted for room lighting and viewing comfort. Lighting for meeting participants and camera capture is reviewed alongside reflections and screen placement.

Sound

Microphones, DSP, echo cancellation, and loudspeakers are selected for the table and meeting platform. Incoming and outgoing audio are checked during calls.

Control

Staff controls cover starting a meeting, selecting presentation sources, adjusting audio, and shutting down. Labels and operating modes are agreed with the users.

How we deliver the project

XL AV reviews the application, audience positions, content, mounting, power, network requirements, and operator workflow. We define equipment and installation scope, coordinate with the project team, configure the system, verify the agreed functions, and train operators. Documentation, spare parts, and support requirements are established in the project scope.
