Presentation, staging & signage

LED Digital Signage

XL AV designs LED signage around the message, audience, and publishing workflow, with displays, players, networking, and controls specified together.

Start with the message and the people viewing it

Signage design begins with display locations, viewing distances, content examples, operating hours, and the teams responsible for publishing. Large graphics and short messages have different resolution requirements from detailed schedules or information dashboards. We plan the screen canvas and text sizes for the intended audience.

XL AV coordinates the display with compatible players, content management software, network access, user permissions, schedules, and maintenance access. Multi-site projects need a publishing structure for shared and local content. Required integrations are reviewed with IT and the content owners.

LUXVISION ECOLUX Standard and ECOLUX HD X

ECOLUX Standard can suit signage where viewing distances and content sizes allow its pixel pitches. ECOLUX HD X offers finer-pitch chip-on-board options for closer viewing and more detailed information. XL AV evaluates both against physical screen size, required resolution, ambient light, and the actual content.

We define processor mapping, player output settings, image framing, brightness, and publishing procedures. Representative media and schedules are tested on the completed display. Product choice follows the messaging requirement and installed configuration.

Lighting

Ambient light and reflections inform display placement and brightness settings. Content is checked under the normal lighting conditions for the space.

Sound

If signage requires audio, we plan speaker placement, playback levels, and scheduling so sound suits the occupied area. Audio can be omitted where visual messaging is sufficient.

Control

Scheduled operation, player management, and publishing permissions are configured according to the agreed workflow. Restart behaviour and source recovery are checked during commissioning.

How we deliver the project

XL AV reviews the application, audience positions, content, mounting, power, network requirements, and operator workflow. We define equipment and installation scope, coordinate with the project team, configure the system, verify the agreed functions, and train operators. Documentation, spare parts, and support requirements are established in the project scope.
