Room control and standardized operation
Crestron provides control, collaboration, signal distribution, and management products for commercial spaces. XL AV evaluates processors and interfaces for meeting rooms, classrooms, presentation spaces, and facilities using a common operating standard.
The interface is designed around actions such as starting a meeting, selecting a source, adjusting volume, recalling lighting, and shutting down. Device compatibility, supported control methods, IT requirements, and any feature subscriptions are reviewed during design.
Programming and AV distribution
We define operating sequences, device feedback, mute behaviour, and room modes before programming. Divisible rooms require coordinated source routing and control for combined and separate configurations. Lighting and shade integration depends on the interfaces supported by the building systems.
DM NVX distributes supported video, audio, USB, and control over a planned network. XL AV coordinates endpoints, network configuration, permissions, and management with IT. Where the project includes a LUXVISION LED display, controls can manage the specified processor and source path using supported interfaces.
Commissioning and handoff
We test normal room tasks, startup and shutdown, source switching, and device status against the design. Provide a device inventory, required room modes, and organisational interface standards. Existing Crestron configurations and firmware information help establish service or upgrade scope.
